ESALEN (Relaxation Massage)
A firm, gentle massage to reduce stress and relax the body and mind. Combination of various massage techniques.
NEUROMUSCULAR
Massage performed on specific muscle groups to balance and align soft tissue and interrupt the pain cycle. Usually performed in shorter, multiple treatments to achieve desired results.
MYOFASCIAL RELEASE
Techniques are used to treat restrictions in the body's connective tissues (fascia) by the application of gentle traction, pressures and positioning.
CRANIAL SACRAL THERAPY
A non-invasive therapy which works on a very subtle level, triggering the body's natural healing powers. Work is done on the head, sacrum (base of the spine) and feet.
SPORTS MASSAGE
These techniques are designed to benefit muscles by warming and softening tissue, realigning muscle fibers, helping to heal scar tissue and flushing toxins from specific muscles. It also improve range of motion and speeds recovery from muscle exertion.
CHAIR MASSAGE
Concentrates on the shoulders, back of neck, arms and hands. This is an excellent and quick "pick-me-up".

REFLEXOLOGY
This service is based on the belief that all organs of the body have corresponding points on the feet and that massaging the feet can be both diagnostic and therapeutic. Reflexology stimulates nerve endings. This treatment works in helping to relax and stimulate the blood circulation and bring harmony to both mind and body. (by appointment only)
REIKI
Reiki is a gentle healing technique which focuses the limitless, universal energy throughout the body to help move stagnant energy as well as blockages in the flow of energy. Since the client remains clothed during a Reiki treatment, it is especially suited to those who may be sensitive to or even fearful of touch therapies, providing a safe environment to receive the gifts of universal energy. When energy flows properly through the body, it becomes possible for healing to occur. Excellent for recovery from surgery or ongoing chemo/radiation therapy. (by appointment only)
SWEDISH MASSAGE
Utilizing a combination of various movements including friction, effleurage, pettrisage & stripping. This classic massage helps to relax and soothe sore, tired muscles leaving you with a feeling of well-being.
AROMATHERAPY
Essential oils are used in conjunction with a relaxing massage. Aromatherapy is a caring hands on therapy which seeks to induce relaxation to increase energy, to reduce the affects of stress and to restore lost balance to mind, body & soul.
HOT STONE MASSAGE
The application of water-based basalt stones of varying sizes to key points on the body, giving a deep massage and creating sensations of comfort and warmth. The direct heat relaxes the muscles, allowing manipulation of a greater intensity than with regular massage. (by appointment only).
